Department of Real Estate New Requirements & Information All CE Courses will be limited to completion of final examinations for a maximum of fifteen (15) credit hours during any one 24-hour period and also obtain a 70% pass on final examinations effective on or after February 28, 2008 October 1, 2007 all applicants applying for the Salesperson Exam must complete Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and one elective before you can apply for the Department Real Estate Exam. Salesperson and Broker licensee's Renewing after June 30, 2007 will be required to take an additional 3 hour course called Risk Management. Register on eLicensing at the Department of Real Estate Website to have access to examination services. Such as Renewing your Real Estate License, Scheduling a testing date when all requirements are met and sent in to the Department of Real Estate, and finding out your test results of the state exam. Attention:All Renewals have been changed from True/False to Multiple Choice.
