Salesperson and Broker licensee's Renewing after June 30, 2007 will be required to take an additional 3 hour course called Risk Management. __________________________________________________ Register on eLicensing at the Department of Real Estate Website to have access to examination services. Such as Renewing your Real Estate License, Scheduling a testing date when all requirements are met and sent in to the Department of Real Estate, and finding out your test results of the state exam. |
