I wanted to take a moment to thank Accredited Real Estate Schools and Instructor Judi for everything you folks have helped me accomplish in the last few years. I began by taking the Live Exam Preparation with Judi and really benefited from it. I am an over achiever as a rule, I enjoy testing and like to do well and Judi’s instruction really made a difference for me. I took not only the Live Class but purchased her CD also, so even when I wasn't studying, I could still study.  Not only was I the first to complete my state test the day I tested but by 10 minutes and the test seemed almost easy. The very complete instruction I got at Accredited helped me achieve this. This year I was scheduled to do my continuing education, so of course I called Accredited. I studied the text provided, did my 3 part testing on-line and once again passed with flying colors, missing only a few of the total 150 questions. Thanks for the great education! I really enjoyed Bryan Church’s instruction. He continuously pointed out items to watch for on the real test, which helped a lot. The practice tests are probably one of the best tools I believe when preparing for the “real thing”. I must include the fact that you have to study. Just read the material and take the chapter tests. Then I would suggest going through the workbook after it is filled out, and really using it as a study guide for the test. This seemed to work for me. I took the test for the first time and passed! After I passed the test, I e-mailed my previous realtor and friend who was reluctant to tell me before I took the test that her brokers assistant, who has been around the real estate business for three years, has just failed the test for the third time… All I can say is, “I bet they didn't use Accredited!”

I called you at 5:53pm on Thursday evening, July 10, 2014, frantic because I remembered that the grace period for my Broker's license was going to end tonight, and I needed information regarding the continuing education courses that I took through Accredited (in 2012). Even though it was almost 6:00pm, time for you to go home, you took the time to find what I needed and send it to me via email. Additionally, even though I waited to the last minute (my fault), misplaced my CE information (also my fault), never once did you come off as irritated or annoyed with me that I had waited until the last minute and was in effect looking to you to pull a rabbit out of the hat! I so appreciated the courtesy and professionalism you showed to me ... Because of you, I was able to go home and renew my license online ... In the future, I promise not to wait until the last minute like that again. I also pledge to continue using Accredited Real Estate Schools as my "go to" for continuing education. I passed my Exam! Thank You!  I took your class in February my test date was May 15th and I got my results off the website on Thursday.  I was so happy to see that I passed and I wanted to thank you for your class it really prepared me for the test and how to study again. The guy in front of me said he studied for only 20 hours and I told him you will not pass if you did not study for it. I put in close to 180 hours of studying so I believed I passed as soon as I walked out, and he was still sitting there (pulling his hair out.) So, It does pay off to study all that you can because, I don't care how much you know, it is a very hard test. They really don't make it easy. I am going to work for TNT Real Estate here in Modesto. And I know I will be a great sales agent! And it all started with you.

On Saturday, January 10, I stopped at the Safeway Store on Manzanita and Fair Oaks (I never, repeat Never shop at the Safeway) to see if they had a Knudsen 4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese.  They had the cottage cheese and as I walked out of the store, I noticed your storefront and in the back of mind…an echo: “No one in towns offers a Broker’s seminar” (quote from SAR on Friday)!  Walked over and to my surprise there was a flyer for a Broker/Salesperson Prep Lecture on Sunday the 11th!  I never study anything, BUT, I showed up on Sunday.  Do I find a lecturer with inch long nails, a ring on most fingers, dressed to the nines, too much make-up, a hairstyle the Brittany Spears would wear and so on… No, by golly, I found a “down-to-earth” woman and I walked up to the register and paid my fees.  I passed the Broker’s exam on the 28th, and I want you to know that your lecture was the reason that I passed so easily.  (I had failed my first exam on the 5th).  Thank you for your help!
