Designed for students who need the course requirements to be eligible to take the state exam and who also want full online preparation to pass the state exam.  This package includes:

1. Required courses (Total of eight courses required, but most Broker Candidates only need five more courses as three courses were completed previously when Salesperson License was obtained)

   • For each course you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and certificate of completion.  

     • ^Appraisal, Business Law, and Escrow are only in physical textbooks and there is a $20 surcharge per course. If you would like to add the physical textbooks of any course, there is a $20 fee per course.  Practice is only available in eBook format and SB 1495 compliant.

   • All courses allow self-paced studying that is NOT timed online!  Students are eligible to complete each course in a minimum of 18 days and maximum of one year (DRE Regulation).  Each course requires the student to pass an online 100 question multiple choice final exam with a score of 60% or higher.  All exams are open-book and have a time limit of three hours.  For additional information regarding course descriptions, structuring, etc., please click here.

2. State Exam Preparation:

   • Over 18 hours of online state exam preparation video - try a sample here!

     • Learning the language of real estate is similar to learning a foreign language; therefore, our qualified instructors teach students exactly what to know and how to know it to pass the exam on the first try!  Plus, our video and workbook are categorized into seven conceptual areas - just like the state exam.

     • Our video is just like our Live Eight Night Exam Preparation Class, but it is a recorded version only to the camera.  Therefore, you can watch the online video conveniently from home and repeat important topics!

     • You will receive three months access to the video upon activation.  Hence, you choose when the access period begins - not your date of purchase!  

     • We are so confident that if you do not pass the state exam, we extend your video preparation until you pass the exam at no additional charge. 

   • Interactive workbook to fill out with the instructor during the video.  It is a physical workbook that can be mailed or set aside for pick-up.
