You will have access to the constantly updated online program of practice questions for one year! For your home study courses, you will receive a textbook*, final examination, and certificate of completion.
 
Salesperson Licensing Three Required Courses: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and One Elective (Pick One: Propery Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Law, Escrow, Business Law, or Mortgage Loan Brokering).
