You will receive an interactive exam preparation workbook and an Online Program of approximately 3,650 exam preparation practice questions with fully-explained answers. Salesperson Licensing Three Required Courses: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and a Third Elective (Pick one of the following: Property Management, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Escrow, Business Law, or Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending)
