You are enrolling in our LIVE IN-PERSON state exam preparation classroom lectures at 7840 Madison Ave Ste 149, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. You will receive an interactive exam preparation workbook and an Online Program of approximately 3,650 exam preparation practice questions with fully-explained answers. Salesperson Licensing Three Required Courses: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and a Third Elective (Pick one of the following: Property Management, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Escrow, Business Law, or Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending)
 
^ Appraisal, Business Law, and Escrow are only in physical textbooks and there is a $20 surcharge per textbook.
