This package includes state exam preparation and home study courses. For each course you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and certificate of completion. The video state exam preparation is over 18 hours and can be viewed conveniently from your own home. You can watch the videos on your own schedule and repeat important topics. There will be an interactive workbook to fill out with the instructor during the video. You will receive unlimited access to the online videos for three months upon activation (not registration) of the video. An Online Program of approximately 3,650 exam preparation practice questions with fully-explained answers is also included. You will have access to the constantly updated online program of practice questions for one year!

Broker Licensing Eight Required Courses: Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Law, and Three Electives (Pick Three: Real Estate Principles, Propery Management, Escrow, Business Law, or Mortgage Loan Brokering).
