Physical & PDF Online Book with Online Testing: This course includes a physical and online textbook with online testing and certificate of completion.   All studying is self-paced and not timed online.  Students are eligible to complete in a minimum time period of six days, which includes three days of studying at your own pace without being timed online, complete online quizzes, and three days of online testing! Best of all, students have a year from enrollment to complete.

  • Part 3: 2 Hour Implicit Bias (10 Questions – 10 Minutes), 10 Hour The Next Level of Real Estate Version I (25 Questions – 25 Minutes), and 3 Hour Management and Supervision (15 Questions – 15 Minutes)
 
FIRST Salesperson Renewals
  • Part 1: 2 Hour Implicit Bias (10 Questions – 10 Minutes) & 13 Hour The Next Level of Real Estate Version II (30 Questions – 30 Minutes)
  • Part 2: 15 Hour Real Estate Update (40 Questions – 40 Minutes)
  • Part 3: Five 3 Hour Courses - Agency, Ethics, Trust Fund, Risk Management, and Fair Housing (Each is 15 Questions – 15 Minutes)
 
Quizzes and final examinations are timed and taken online. After designated waiting period and completion of all quizzes and (if applicable) interactive role play component, one part (equaling 15 credit hours) per 24 hours may be completed.  Any additional parts (over 15 hours) in a 24-hour period will be void.
