Designed for students who need the course requirements to be eligible to take the state exam and who also want live classroom preparation to pass the state exam.  This package includes:

1. Required courses (Total of eight courses required, but most Broker Candidates only need five more courses as three courses were completed previously when Salesperson License was obtained)

   • For each course you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and certificate of completion.  

     • ^Appraisal, Business Law, and Escrow are only in physical textbooks and there is a $20 surcharge per course. If you would like to add the physical textbooks of any course, there is a $20 fee per course.  Practice is only available in eBook format and SB 1495 compliant.

   • Please note: the home study courses can be completed in a minimum time frame of 90 days from enrollment (5 courses x 18 days each), but you would only be coming to our location for a set eight nights for exam preparation.  

2. State Exam Preparation:

   • Live State Exam Preparation Instruction with live classroom lectures from the most qualified instructors in the industry.

     • ​​Learning the language of real estate is similar to learning a foreign language; therefore, our qualified instructors teach students exactly what to know and how to know it to pass the exam on the first try!  Plus, our class and workbook are categorized into seven conceptual areas - just like the state exam.
