Designed for students who need the course requirements to be eligible to take the state exam.  Please note that this package does NOT include state exam preparation.  Thus, this package only includes the required courses of Real Estate Principles, Practice (SB 1495 Compliant), and an Elective.

  • For each course you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and certificate of completion.  

    • ^Appraisal, Business Law, and Escrow are only in physical textbook format. If you would like to add the physical textbook of any course, there is a $30 fee per course.   

  • Also, some previously completed college classes (e.g., Accounting, Business Law, or Economics) may count toward your elective course requirement.  If you have already completed the elective requirement, select "Already completed the third course elective" from the drop down menu during the check-out process and the price will update.   

  • All courses allow self-paced studying that is NOT timed online!  Students are eligible to complete each course in a minimum of 18 days and maximum of one year (DRE Regulation).  Each course requires the student to pass an online 100 question multiple choice final exam with a score of 60% or higher. Salesperson Education: 

You must complete a minimum of three (3) statutorily required college-level courses. 

Required:

  • Real Estate Principles
  • Real Estate Practice

Elective:
Pick one (1) of the following courses.  However, some previously completed three semester unit, four quarter unit, or higher college classes may count toward your elective course (e.g., Accounting, Business Law, or Economics).

  • Property Management
  • Escrow^
  • Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending
  • Legal Aspects of Real Estate
  • Real Estate Finance
  • Real Estate Appraisal^
  • Real Estate Economics
  • Business Law^

 

For each course selected you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and a certificate of completion.
