CONTINUING EDUCATION
According to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), all real estate brokers and salespersons must complete at least 45 clock hours of continuing education to renew their California Real Estate License.

45 Hour Home Study Continuing Education Course — DRE #4183
Self-paced studying that is NOT timed online!
Students are eligible to complete in a minimum time period of six (or seven) days, which includes two days of studying at your own pace without being timed online, complete online quizzes, and four or five days of online testing!^ Best of all, students have a year from enrollment to complete.
Our 45 Hour Home Study Continuing Education Course consists of our 15 Hour Home Study Continuing Education Course (3 Hours Each: Agency, Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management), the 3 Hour course of Management and Supervision (if applicable), 2 Hour course of Implicit Bias, and our 25-28 Hour Consumer Protection Courses of Real Estate Update & The Next Level of Real Estate Version I or II. For all Accredited courses, read the text (in PDF format) and take your quizzes and final examinations over the internet.
