1. Enter your Username and Password and click Login
You will see My Profile & My Tests
"Note: Verify that your information is correct. Update if necessary and click on update Profile. You may also see My Quizzes and/or My videos depending on what courses you are currently enrolled in. The quizzes only apply if you are renewing your Real Estate License and are not required but are used as a study tool."

2. Click on: “My Tests” tab.
You will see your list of exams.

3. Click Start Exam on the test you would like to take.
“Note that Pop-up blockers will prevent the exam from starting so be sure to temporarily disable them; or simply hold control on your keyboard when you click on Start Test.”

Another window should appear.
4. Click on “Start Test Now” when you are ready to begin the examination.
“Note you can skip questions and go back to answer them later. Once you click on the “Start Test Now” the exam will begin immediately.
"Note: Once you have completed the exam you can go back to the unanswered questions box and check on it to answer unanswered questions."

5.Click on the “Finished Flag” on the bottom right corner to submit the exam when completed with your testing.
"Note: After completing the exam, you may see your exam score."
A continuing education student will be limited to completion of final examinations for a maximum of fifteen (15) credit hours during any one 24-hour period. "Note: Make sure not to test on more than one exam per 24 hour period. If you take more than one exam in a 24 hour period the second exam will be void."
"Please note: When you start an exam you must complete it. Exams are timed and you will see the time sequence counting backwards. When exam time has expired, your exam will end and automatically submit the results to our database. Exams are NOT downloadable or printable per California Department of Real Estate. If you are “Kicked off” your internet connection during the exam, you may re-logon immediately and continue the exam. The timer will continue to tick."

Note: Before Logging into the test page make sure to disable your pop-up Blockers. To disable your pop-up blockers for Microsoft Internet Explorer , click on the Tools button on the menu bar above, go to Pop-up Blocker, disable or Turn off Pop-up Blocker. You can enable it later after you complete the test. (Click here for information on disabling other pop up blockers .)
ATTENTION: If you get kicked off the testing site due to a disconnect or server error; close the page and re-login back into the testing site. It will resume where you left off. Be sure to Login immediately because it will continue to time you even logged out.
