If you have a conditional salesperson license you have 18 months from your licensing date to complete two additional courses. If the courses are not completed before the required time, you will have a conditional suspension until they are satisfied.(note: you only have a two year grace period from the suspension period to satisfy the requirement or your license will expire.)

The Department of Real Estate currently requires one of the courses for the 18 month requirement to be Real Estate Practice and the other course can be an elective from the following list.
